Mr. Wein joined UBG in 2008 and is the General Manager for Multi-Family Homes. Prior to joining UBG, Mr. Wein was the Vice President of Assured Developments, Vice President of Maverick Real Estate Development and the CEO of Kanga Communications. Within the past 10 years he has had the opportunity to work with over 20 different land and vertical developers throughout Canada, Montana, California and Nevada.

Mr. Wein has also worked with a variety of boards and industry associations. The most recent include: the Vice-Chair, Bow Valley Developers and Builders Association, Chair of the Canmore Economic Development Association and a member of the Canmore Economic Sustainability and Tourism Steering Committee.

Mr. Selinger joined UBG in 2009 as Construction Manager for all multi-family developments within the province. With over 30 years experience building commercial, single and multi-family residences, his depth of knowledge is a certain asset to projects ranging from apartment style condominiums to townhomes and mixed-use developments.

Mr. Selinger currently plays an integral role in construction budgeting, scheduling and design evaluation.

Ms. MacLean brings over 21 years of single and multi-family residential construction experience to her role with the organization. Prior to joining UBG, Ms. MacLean spent many years working with recognized Home Builders and Developers within the industry, including work on the Princeton Project as Assistant Development Manager for the Pauls Corporation.

Ms. MacLean currently plays an instrumental role in working with clients and condominium boards for several multi-family projects throughout Calgary and region.
